Denny’s emails

Assigned with the responsibility of developing a CRM strategy to increase foot traffic and drive rewards redemptions, we undertook a comprehensive overhaul of Denny’s email and SMS channels. By incorporating a more design-centric approach to Denny’s email campaigns, we achieved a 50% boost in click-through rates and redemptions, ultimately generating significant business growth for Denny’s.

To do so, we created a “full-bleed” look to design, with a module approach to touch on several different topics. This module approach allowed us to create a hierarchy of messaging with the flexibility to mix and match existing offers to test audiences and visuals. This performance optimization really streamlined process and communication and created a bank of assets to target niche audiences with several different secondary and tertiary modules.
